K, so i take creatine and drink alot of water, i also take acai berry in the moning before breakfast (usually 4 egg whites, 2 full eggs and a small bowl of cereal), and a multivitamin right after breakfast, then for lunch i eat a good meat (hamburger, chicken, vegtables, like a full good meal, carry on to supper i take acai berry once again, then eat another full meal, finally something like a bowal of cereal or pj and cereal sandwich…. now, i work out every day, switching upper body then lower body, upper, then lower…yatta yatta…and i find that the next day my muscles don”t hurt, and after my workout nothing feels pain, and it looks like theyve completly rejuvinated….and i figure my gains have come but they are coming slowly (im two and a half weeks in)so would it be overworking muscles if i workout both upper and lower every day?? like would it speed up my gains because of my diet and d stuff? or would it overwork and make gains come slower?
