Im 13, 5′6" and weigh 125. I’ve had no junkfood or pop for 2 weeks. Im kinda muscular already but what exercises and workouts should I do so i can get a six pack? Should I run and jumprope? If so then how long? Also what ab workouts are good like what kinda crunches and stuff. thanks

lol kk so something i learned from my training from extra curriculars is the bicycle thing.
its really good on your abs. So first off, you lie down, then you put your hands on your head with your elbows sticking out. Now move your legs like a bicycle and touch your right elbow with your left knee, then switch to your left elbow to your right knee. Do it for a while.
some other things are sit ups, holding a bar and hanging in the air then lifting your knees to your chest.
