Working out muscles.. Is it better too….?
Workout one muscle a day
ex: Chest one day
biceps/triceps one day
shoulders one day
legs one day
etc..
or have biceps/triceps/shoulder one day
legs and back one day
chest and whatever else one day..
Whats the best way to get stronger the fastest by lifting weights for one-two hours a day???

Eat protein, since protein is what repairs and creates your muscles.
Get enough rest, cause when you're sleeping, it's muscle repairing time.
If you're going to lift heavy… do your regular reps.
If you're going to lift light… Do a lot more reps.
Don't forget to stay hydrated during each exercise.
Work out each muscle each day, different muscles.
Like Monday = upperbody, Tuesday = lower body, Wednesday = rest, Thursday = full body, Friday = cardiovascular.

You need to make sure you're working out muscle that are synonymous with each other—
Chest,biceps
Shoulders,triceps,forearms
Abs,back
Laterals,hamstrings,calves
Then make up your mind on what you want,muscular strength or muscular endurance.
Muscular Strength– 75%-80% of your max, 2-3 sets, 6-8 reps.
Muscular Endurance–40%-55% of your max,4-5 sets, 10-13 reps
Max– is the maximum amount of weight you can lift ONLY once.
