There are fats stored in our boobs. I heard people say if you lose much weight your boobs will become smaller. But I’m not really sho about that.

Usually breasts are made up of a lot of fatty tissue. Some women have more dense ones. Usually breasts do decrease a little in size with significant weight loss. If you don’t need to lose much weight, they shouldn’t change that much.

I’m also 168cm tall and consider 50Kg as under-weight for that height.
60Kg is a very healthy weight, and you are probably already slim.
Are you sure you really need to lose 10Kg of body weight?
If you enjoy running, do it for your health (mind and body), because everybody needs to exercise regularly to stay healthy.
Being fit & healthy is much more important than being "skinny".
Back to the question - Will your boobs shrink if you lose more weight?
It depends on your body type the extent of their shrinkage, but you might see some change in size.
