I only work them once a week?
Say: Mon: chest, shoulders, back, Tues: biceps, triceps, forearms, Wed: Legs, Thurs: abs.
And then let them rest for the rest of the week until the next week.
Also i jog 30 minutes in the morning five days a week (not on weekends), I always make sure to eat protein before jogging.
Thanks

Your back really should have a day of its own. And i wouldn’t work your triceps the day after your chest or back as they are getting worked out on those days. And i would move the rest days so there is one after every workout.

A lot of people workout like that, and it works for them.

Yes. You will have muscle growth. Alas, it wont be as swift as you wish it to be. If You Mix your Routine and work The parts at least Twice a Week You will have sufficient and noticeable Muscle increase.

Yes, you sound like you have a great exercise programme there.
It is good to train different sets of muscles on different days, once a week.
I agree that maybe you could train your back and shoulders together on one day.
