For some time now I've noticed sometimes when I put stress on my arm or leg muscles they literally vibrate and move back and forth from vibrating, The first time I can remember this happening is when I was using my arms to hang/lift myself on a tree, and I've noticed it happens even if the stress isn't all that much, I'm 15 years old and in good shape, do occasional weight lifting and alot of walking.
8008: I understand about my muscles fighting against, but It can also happen for not so high stress, I could understand it happening if I was trying to lift somthing extremly heavy, is this just a sign to strengthen the muscles that are vibrating? (i could find out what pose im in when this happens, and incorperate that into a muscle workout)
And it's -only- when im lifting.

That happens to everyone. Perfectly normal, just keep up the weight lifting and exercise, might get a little better.

If your muscles are vibrating when your not putting stress on them, that's not right. I'm no doctor, so I think you should ask one. This is not the place to get the answer to something that might be serious.

It's your muscles working dude, here is a quote from you: "when I put stress on my arm or leg muscles they literally vibrate". That is your muscles working to complete tasks that are strenuous on the body. It could be simply lifting something, or holding something back, etc. Your muscles are fighting against something that is stronger than you, but not to the point where it is impossible…just…I hope you understand what I'm saying. Sorry if you're not. Think of them going into action to accomplish a task, even if it is hanging on a tree the muscles are still working.
