I feel really depressed, useless, and feel really down.
Is this normal for someone who exercises a lot?
Is that bad?

Yes this is normal. Your body releases endorphins when you exercise daily and it’s used to it. This is what is called runner’s high. You are addicted to the endorphin release.

yes, when you exercise it releases the chemical dopamine which causes a feeling of happiness/euphoria. You also produce endorphins which create energy, and make you feel happy as well. If your body has become used to the daily production of these chemicals, it may make you feel a little down when you don’t exercise. That’s the great thing about exercising daily; your body makes it easy for you to want to continue going!
