Whats a healthy week's diet for a vegetarian?

Do you know any really easy good meals for a vegetarian on a diet? Like whats a schedule for a week? Any good ideas for meals are so appreciated
BTW, I have been a vegetarian for 17 years so I know what to eat and all I just wanted to know if there was someone who knew a lot about healthy eating and could give me tips on how to find really healthy, yummy vegetarian food.

      don't eat meat! lol…..theres a sandwich i make that i find delicious…so it's your choice of bread then spread cream cheese on the bread(amount to your liking)lettuce,sliced cucumbers and tomatoes with Swiss cheese(or your choice of cheese). It's yummy! also there are veggie lasagna that are low calorie(smart ones brand) 290 calories for the whole thing. I like cheese and broccoli-i buy it frozen and it's 45 calories a cup. mmm…this made me hungry for veggies. Smart one dinners are low calorie and have vegetarian options.

      schedule for a week hmmm…..
      breakfast: cherrio cereal with strawberries (optional) non-fat milk or soy milk approx. 200 calories
      Lunch: veggie cream cheese sandwich(above) if used with 45 calorie bread and lite cream cheese and thin swiss cheese thats 70 calories or less approx. 220 calories
      Dinner:Veggie lasagna: approx. 300 calories
      have some snacks in between…

      i only did a day but i gave you all the calories-you need to eat more calories than this though…but you can have the veggie lasagna for breakfast if you want…lol. any order.
