Are you serious? You don’t know what healthy food is unless someone on Yahoo Answers writes up a meal plan for you? Eat stuff that isn’t a dead animal! And no junk food. There. I did it for you. Would that have been too hard to think up on your own?
try to cut down on pastas made with white flour, junk foods, potatoes, white rice and everything made with white flour and sugar.a good vegetarian diet does not have to be low fat/low calorie although many good vegetarian diets are that.try the internet with the phrase "vegetarian diet recipes" to see what you get.

Well, it all varies by taste. I usually have some fresh fruit in the morning like an apple and some grapes, or a banana and strawberries…then have something like a boca or morningstar burger for lunch. When it comes time for dinner, I try to make something hearty that will last me for a couple of days like a good chili. You can get different meat substitutes that are like ground beef that can be used for chili, tacos or whatever else you have in mind. There are quite a few products out there to replace meat. Most can be found at your local health food store. Just make sure to check ingredients though. If you’re not lacto or ovo-vegetarian, you might get a product thinking that it’s alright to eat, only to find out that there were animal byproducts in it. Just try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and you should be fine. Hope this helps.
