Whats a good routine in the morning, that ensures a good start to your day? eg. time, exercise, shower, diet?

As an example, I've started having a contrast shower that involves starting off with a normal shower but finishing with 3 - 15 second blasts of very hot then very cold. This has helped me certainly wake up better!!! Any other tips? Thank you.

Try exercising in the morning like going for a little jog

      or try drinking some coffee

and One time to wake myself up i took a bucket of ice water and dunked my face in.

Also have a good balanced breakfast

      THAT SURE WAKED ME UP

I usually go for a short run first thing in the morning before i shower - always wakes me right up, regardless of how much sleep i've had :)

brisk walking or jogging for even 10 mins (before breakfast) is the best you can do! Or if you find going out is difficult, do some stretching, crunches and push-ups at home. Also eat a good healthy breakfast with a coffee..
