So, I pulled a muscle and I want to know what I should do with it to make it heal as fast as possible because I have a competition coming up. I’m not sure what to do because it hasn’t gotten better for a while, some people are telling me to stop stretching it out while others tell me that stretching is good. and other people are telling me I should give it a break and stop doing everything.. so, any suggestions?

Oh yeah, and some people also said ice and heat?

Here is what i did when i pulled a stomach and back mussle doing gymnastics.

1.Strech as much as possable ** Dont over strech just so your mussles are warm

2.keep warm ( Blankets and a heat dish will do)

3.If it is in your arm or legs then run or do small push ups.

4.Back or stomach rest and lie down on your stomach.

5.neck or sholders than that will wear of in a couple of hours.

** It took me about 4 day for a mussle to fully heal. If your compatition is gymnastics or a sport you will wear off the pain so just try theese steps if it dont work then keep yourself warm for a full day
