I am a stay-at-home mom who just moved to the country with my husband and 2 year-old daughter. I am also 13 weeks pregnant and I really want to be active but do not have any ideas about what to do. It’s getting colder so it’s harder to go outside. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do for a little exercise. Last pregnancy I gained almost 40 lbs and don’t want to gain that much this time. Thanks.
