i heard getting abs is 90% nutrition and 10% working out. What should i be eating then? how do i lose then layer of fat over my abs? I jog 6 miles a night BTW
none of you helped….. i asked how do i lose the the layer of fat that hides my abs? what should i be eating and doing im doing crunches n stuff ALOT and jogging but someone said its all about what you eat so what shoudl i eat

      You can't spot reduce fat from your body with exercise, but you can lose fat from your body.

      Your body will take its energy from where ever it chooses, and, it usually isn't from the areas you want reducing!

      Your jogging sounds great, great for burning unwanted fat. If you are able to get to a Pilates matwork class, this will lengthen, strengthen & tone your body - in particular your mid-section.

      If you are self-conscious about your tummy, look at your body and decide what you like best, then make the most of your favourite area.

      If your tummy is your problem area, don't wear anything that is going to make this look fat. Show off your good bits, that way no one will notice your imperfections and think you look fab!

      tip, eat less salt. salt makes u keep on more water, which can hide abs too. Do sprints. i ran track and cross country varsity 4 years. The springters were a lot leaner than the distance ppl. Why? jogging after so long no longer challenges your muscles. u get used to it. Do things like sprints, weights, new things that make u sore and challenge your muscles. ok thats working out… now go to abcbodybuilding.com and look up how bodybuilders loose weight. they have it down to a science. they gain weight and muslce in the off season and cut when on season. good luck.
