I guarantee you that you will begin to see major results in a couple of months if you do these exercises and are committed to the diet, which is also on my website.       Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, and lean protein. Do aerobics for 30 mins a day. Drink plenty of water. Look for some ab workouts and do them consistently. You will only see results if you commit to changing your lifestyle. Working out should not seem like a bother, but more a habit, like brushing your teeth. Do it for your health. Consistency is the key. You will see a change in your body in several weeks.

      BTW~ I suggest you check out all the DVD options on Netflix. You can borrow tons of exercise DVDs and change ‘em so you don’t get bored.
