      you can do it, you just need will power,cut down on the crap, (choc crisps etc - but not out or your body will crave it and you will end up binging on it) eat a lot of salad and veg, rice, pasta, anything healthy you enjoy basically but don’t forget the main thing is exercise,

      Here is a sample diet plan;
      Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
      Snack: nuts or fruits
      Lunch: Salad
      Snack again
      Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad

      Well type in ‘lose weight’.
      You will find over 23,000 pre-existing questions.
      Try the misspellings ‘loose weight’ and there are another 6,500.
      In all there are over 70,000 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight.
      On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 420,000 answers.

      I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words:
