I'm an Asian female, 5'0'', 100lbs, 22yrs old, 30% body fat index. I just recently started working out EVERYDAY for the past two weeks doing cardio for 30-40 mins and then 30-40 mins of weight training. I'm toned everywhere except my stomach area, love handles, and lower back which is why my BFI is so high (near clinically obese according to medical doctors!) I know working out takes patience but I get the feeling that I'm not executing my workout routine correctly nor efficiently. I don't want to invest in a personal trainer bc I think it wastes money but I might have to resort to it if all else fails.
Please help!

First be clear that you can succeed. Investing in a trainer can be a good move to get you started, show you the correct way to do exercises and such, you don't have to keep them for the long run.
Your enthusiasm is great, but you are overdoing it. You should be able to workout in 45 minutes, perhaps an hour, three times a week and that is it. Swop your routines around so that you do the weights first then the cardio.
For the weights, concentrate on compound exercises, stop doing the isolation toning exercises. Stop doing the crunches and any other time wasting stuff.
For the cardio, swop over to interval training. Believe me, twenty minutes of hard intervals (including warm up and warm down), is quite enough and you won't want to do more.
The problem with your current routine is that you are burning calories during the workouts. That is great, but you are just burning the calories during the workouts. Most calories should be burnt in the rest and recovery phases, and this will only happen if you train hard - and that means short too.

Getting toned abs is quite simple - even if it isn't easy!
First you will need to work out - often ab specific exercises aren't necessary, as a good whole body work out will also work the abs.
Second you need to lower your body fat percentage so that the abs show through rather than being covered by a layer of fat.
How long this will take depends on where you start from!
If you want to develop your abs then I recommend getting a good book about it so that you can find the best diet and exercise and tailor it to your own needs. A great review site that has found the three best books is here:

Good Luck!
