if you want tone; 2 hours per day cardio,and tonnes of water (10 glasses)minimum,you need carbs for brain function anyway,and a multivitamin and your regular meals just dont eat carbs after 5oclock

Eat high protein, moderate carbs and low-fat diet. Carbs are not bad for you but you must eat complex carbs (slow burning carbs), like whole wheat bread/pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, yams, potatoes and corn. Do resistant training and cardio to increase your metabolism.
