I’ve been doing squats for about a little less than a week and already my thighs have toned out a little. They’re very sore, but I don’t feel like they jiggle anymore when I walk xD. But, I tried sit ups and I feel like it’s doing nothing. Is there any exercise that can tone my stomach fast? Any for love handles?
