What else should i do for my exercise routine?

i do 50 bicep curls (each arm), 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 45 squats, and 30 lunges each leg? i stopped breaking a sweat while doing these exercises after a while. is there anything else i can do, like increase reps or adopt a new exercise regiment?

Thats a lot you should be already fit!
I think you should cut down or your body is gonna get to used to your exercise regiment and it wont increase your muscle mass or anything. why don't you change up your routine by
Doing the same thing you do now one day then the next day do cardio work outs then the next day relax
After your relaxing day go back to exercising but focus on a group of muscles specifically that you wanna gain muscle in like your abs for ex.
