What do army recruits eat during the basic training period (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner)?

How is basic training different between US Army and US Navy and other military branches?

You eat regular food at USN Basic. It’s not great but it’s nutritious.

Navy Basic is about learning not about physical stuff.
