What are some fun exercises?
I'm 17, 5'8" and 185 lbs.
My BMI is 28.4
Recently I have become seriously depressed over how I look.
Especially now that summer is right around the corner.
I try to work out regulary, but after a work out, I always feel even more depressed about how boring it was and how I look because I feel like its not working fast enough.
What are some things I can do to help me lose weight but keep me happy at the same time?
And how can I cope with my feelings about how I look?

Work out with a ipod or join a fitness class at the gym and I wouldn't worry about your BMI because it is a inaccurate measurement tool

so do something new for a workout sounds like your depressed because your bored with it. take a class . try cycling or running. find a small event in either and train for it. I think if you like your workout you will like yourself. eat a healthy diet from lean meats, whole grain and fruits and veggies. you will feel better and stay fuller. you will like the way you feel and look

yoga is fun, but if u do the harder poses. it's fun to do the different poses. sports are fun too. like vollyball, swimming, and basket ball. if u work out at the gym with a friend, it'z better than doing it alone
