You can’t lose fat from only one are of your body. Your stomach just happens to be a storage site. Bring down your overall body fat percentage and that’s where you’ll notice the results.

there is NO WAY to specifically target tummy fat, this question is ridiculous.
to guarantee steady tummy fat loss - drink lots of water, keep your metabolism active throughout the day (by taking in energy (food)), build muscles to burn more energy, consume less calories than your body burns.

Ab cycle. Best stomach toner, fat burner ever.
Sit on your back, Put both hands on he side of your body.

My tummy use to be fat and had gross rolls.
It wasn’t until I changed my diet and did strength training exercises as well as did cardio consistently was when I finally got results.
I found a good site with great diet and workout tips to tone your tummy. It helped me by showing me the mistakes I’ve been making.

Pro fit trainer is right. determine your maximal target heart rate and perform upper and lower extremity aerobic exercises that maintain that elevated heart rate for at least 15 minutes at a time. This will increase your aerobic capacity as well as increase your metabolic rate, which will require your body to burn excess fuel. Now you can tone your rectus abdominus, internal/external obliques by performing abdominal curls in the forward trunk flexion and and lateral trunk flexion (a crunch to the side) This may eliminate some of that flabby look. Remember, to increase strength you have fewer repetitions with maximal resistance and to increase endurance you want minimal resistance with maximal repetitions. You want to increase both. This is just a very condensed introduction, you should get in touch with a personal trainer, or at lease someone who can work with you in person. Good Luck
