Am I the ONLY one who has NOT lost weight on Topamax??!! I was put on it two weeks ago (mainly for headaches but my doc knows I want to lose 10-15 pounds) and if anything I have GAINED a pound or two!!! I haven’t noticed a change in my headaches and I have TERRIBLE acne!! I am up to 50mg (25 mg 2x a day) and STILL no change….well maybe just more acne. The only change I have noticed is that coke seems to taste a little flat to me (but that hasn’t stopped me from drinking it! I thought EVERYONE noticed weight loss on this drug!! Leave it to me to get the side effect (acne) that 2% of people have!! I am TOTALLY noticing that I have a case of the “stupids” too. I do NOT like that! I guess I am just wondering if I haven’t seen weight loss by now, will I see weight loss on a higher dosage or after a few more weeks? Even so, I don’t like the acne and the forgetfullness….
