Okay, so I had bought a bottle of Lipo 6 about 5 months ago… it had like 120 pills in it. And it’s lasted me until now. So I didn’t waste any money on the pills really. The reason it’s lasted me so long was because I didn’t follow the directions which says to take like 3 pills 3 different times a day.. But instead I only took one pill each day. The bottle has about 6 more pills in it - and I don’t want to take these pills anymore primarily because it makes me feel like I’m having a heart attack. I kept taking them because I thought if I didn’t I would gain a lot of weight. and it would ruin my cardio.
Now I’m not taking them anymore is it true I will gain weight? I plan on continuing eating healthy and excercising just like I did when I was on them. So I shouldn’t gain the weight back?
AND whenever I took the diet pill I always felt like I had an unlimited amount of energy…like I could run miles literally– not because of the pill but because I did a lot of cardio work and ate right during these 5 months. Now that I’m not taking the pills anymore will I still be able to run for miles? And will I have energy? Not taking them anymore will not effect my cardio/endurance will it? Like my cardio is great right now since I’ve ate right for the last 5 months and worked out to the max. I don’t want my cardio to go away! Help?????? Thanks. 10 points

you will gain weight, you will eat so much when you come off them and your appetite is no longer supressed.

I don’t think you will gain weight if you remain in your healthy lifestyle. As for the running, I would think that the pill works by screwing around with your metabolism and causing you to burn the fat very fast, which would give you energy. Your cardio won’t go away, don’t worry about it.

What you should do is consult your doctor before taking anything else or those pills. think about your health first. so seek medical attention before doing anything else. good luck.

You should now go visit you doctor because taking diet pills cause many health issues especially heart conditions.
You ruined you health with diet pills, you don’t lose weight because of the diet pills, you lose weight because you change your eating habits, as most diet pill come with a menu of foods to eat and you followed the menu, you can do it with the diet pills, you exercised regularly. don’t fall for the “you will now gain weight” just eat right, fruits, vegetables, count your calories, drink 64 ounces of water daily and eat foods with fiber. learn what a serving size of the foods you eat. buy a food scale to weigh you meats etc.
You can do anything you want to do, if you can’t do it is because you did damage to your body with the diet pills.
I pray you don’t have a heart attack now.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
