Hi, im a 16year old male and brought some free weights around 8months ago and in this time i have used them 3x a meek and been using whey protein powder and have seen results.
However i am only 5ft 6 so even though i have put on alot of muscle i still look relitevly small and would like to bulk up more, i was considering buying a weight bench would this be a good purchase and are there any tips for bulking up ?
