Im 17, my friend wants to see what difference it will make in me by eating perfectly for like a month or two?
Im healthy anyway I’m 9 stone, quite ‘toned’ if that makes sense?
Just want to know what the average person should eat, and drink, like the 5 a day (fruit) and stuff?

Stick to what is found in nature.
if it cant be found in nature, if it isnt readily avaible and edible in its raw state dont eat it - that means no carb heavy non-optimal nutrition like grains, sugar, dairy, starch and legumes.
meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds. - thats it. natures law, the natural diet we as species have evolved and thrived on for millions of years diseasefree and healthy.
eat when you’re hungry, eat as much as you want.
