I want to lose at least 10-15lbs by Jun/Jul of this year. The only problem is I have had stomach problems since I was a kid and since I went to the doctor when i was about 13 (I'm 20 now) and they misdiagnosed me with acid reflux, they put me on acid reflux medication which in turn gave A.R. to me (since I didn't initially have it.) Lately, it seems like I can't eat ANYTHING without getting acid reflux, VERY painful gas, or an upset stomach. This is not very motivating because I love salads with italian dressing, but I can't eat the dressing because I gives me heart burn. Because this is the cause some days I won't care and will just anything I want, and other days, I won't eat anything. How can I go about getting some sort of diet system to get me on the right track to lose weight, without suffering through all of these problems?
And I didn't say I don't want to exerciseor diet….i was just saying with my stomach problems how can dieting be easier?
