specific diet and exercise plan?

i need a diet and exercise plan to lose 1-2 pounds a week. every plan ive seen so far is very vague and general. i need a plan that says what to eat each day and exactly what exercises to do.

      Well eat only celery, it has negative calories and will eat your fat away. Or you could only drink Lemon and hot water with a little bit of syrup mixed together for ten days and you will lose about 10-20 pounds.

      Well I have been successful using the South Beach Diet and doing cardio like alternating jumping rope and running on the treadmill for half an hour. kalynskitchen.blogspot.com This is a great website with all kinds of suggestions for meals on th SBD.

      if your going for water weight try the special K diet (no I’m not a paid sales person) exactly for a month, I had lost 7 pounds, but was extremely hungry

      if you wanted to lose fat weight, here’s a schedule
      every other sunday, Tuesday, thursday, saturday you must do these exercises
      sudden sprints for a minute then back to a speed walk for two and continue this pattern for 20 reps every time.
      jump rope for 10 minutes
      weight lifting, or water bottle lifting if you don’t own weights, 12 times, for 3 reps

      here are eating rules aside from special K
      -eat whole foods as in forget nutrition, if it was made by some ridiculous factory like 100 calorie packs, don’t you dare eat it, ever
      -drink tons of water, its the regular way to colon cleanse, and you don’t get diarrhea
      -don’t stress, if your craving a food, eat some, if you feel really sick, eat something that’s part of your diet right now, but don’t make that a habit. Hope this helps :)

      You can lose weight if you use right program. I tried many program, but could not lose weight. I found the best program that works just amazing for anyone.
