OK, all those out there that know a little something about losing weight. I was going to try Southbeach, however I am a major snacker and love popcorn. Which I eat the 94% fat free kind. The kind you eat on WW. So I was wondering, if I allowed myself just that as a "salty snack" and did the southbeach to the tee other wise. Could I still lose weight? I know I probably wouldnt lose the 8-13lbs they say you can if you stick to it for 2 weeks on phase 1. Just wanted to get your thoughts. I really dont care for almonds all that much. I mean and you only get 15 of them, WOOPITY dooh! ha! Let me know what you think.. thanks so much!
