I cant function correctly at the size I am. I went from a three/five jeans to probably a 12 (not to sure cant truly try them on lol baby in the way) It interferes with work ifI am unable to move quick and just over all unhealtthy to be the size I am for my frame..So any tips would be great. I plan on walking and cutting out junk food. Thats as far as I have gotten but I need my results to be quicker. Thanks!

How would you like an organ that gets fat from your blood and expels it? Its called a breast. Breastfeed your baby. Its good for the baby and it is a very good way to get rid of your body’s fat.

Are you planning to breastfeed? Producing milk burns 3000 calories a day alone. Your best chance is to breastfeed, eat healthy and lightly exercise, like walking 20-30 min every day. Don’t overdo it at first. Your body will need time to recover. Cutting out junk food is good but remember to eat healthy food and not to skip meals. This is especially important the first few weeks as you will need all the energy you can get to get up and feed your baby throughout the day and night. Lastly, as a rule of thumb, eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full. (with at least three meals a day)
