I have a gut around my lower stomach that I wanna get rid of, it’s not too bad so I haven’t tried any intense dieting or anything. A while ago, i used to do crunches and sit-ups to try and get rid of it and that helped, but just barely. The main thing it did was build muscle there. Now I have really strong ab muscles but a gut still, however, it is no longer fat, it is mainly muscle with a little bit of fat. Would it be harder to get rid of it now that it is muscle? Or would it be harder to get rid of the fat? Or does that matter at all?
