If I don’t run but do a lot if sit ups and crunches, will my stomach become flat or bigger?
My stomach has already become harder I just want to know what will happen if I continue my rutuine.

Crunches and sit ups do NOT burn fat, so it won’t get any flatter. It will just get firmer/harder. Especially your upper abs

It shouldn’t get bigger, the muscles will just get more defined.

The conventional wisdom is that it crunches/sit ups won’t make your stomach flatter and that the only way to get a flat stomach is to do an aerobic workout.
That being said, I’ve gotten a flat stomach by doing nothing but crunches before.
I think the medical community may be wrong about this one. I’ve seen it happen before.
EDIT: No, as a matter of fact, I’m talking about myself. This really happened. Does it scare you that the medical community could be wrong about something?

If you continue to increase your routine, then extending results will show, but if you do not increase your pace, then nothing will change physically. If you are trying to get rid of fat the only thing you can do is a good cardio work out. but if you continue to increase your routine, then your stomach will get firmer and bigger. Fat does not go away from one spot only, it slowly goes away from your body evenly. So to answer your primary question, nothing will happen if you continue your routine. but if you change it then that is a different thing entirely. oh and the man up there is most likley talking about another man.
