A couple of hours after playing golf on Saturday, my stomach started hurting below my belly button. I tried walking around thinking it was wind or something but it got worse and became really painful. Now 2 days later, its almost better but I can still feel pain, particularly when i am standing. It isnt really bothering me as it is very mild, but I have a badminton match this evening and was wondering if anyone could tell me if this sounds like a pulled stomach muscle and whether or not it I should still play. I dont feel that it is going to cause me a great deal of discomfort, but Id rather not make it worse.\
Oh, and the pain is mostly in the centre below my belly button, but it seems to spread up and around my side sometimes. Although over the course of the last few days ive felt twinges all over my stomach.
Thanks to anyone that helps.

I would suggest skipping your match tonight.
If you are still feeling sore, you could still really hurt yourself.
It would be best if you waited a week or so and let your muscles feel back to normal before putting any strain on it.
It does sound like a pulled muscle to me, and the best cure for that is resting!
