whats better to do cardio before or after weight lifting?lose weight main goal. i read a couple of articles, some saying that is better to do carido first as you have already warmed up and your hearth is already pump up, but others say that cardio should be after as it drains your energy to lift weights and others say to have Just cardio and just weights day (not both the same day). Which is better to lose the weight?
so far me and 2 friends started doing this work out on this magazine but we added cardio to it is as follows:
mondays: (we have a weight lifting class here in college) so we do chest and triceps and then at night ( after work)30 mins gym bike
tuesdays: (there is no class so we go after work) so we do legs, and then 30 mins bike afterwards (in-gym bike)
wed: In class we do shoulders and abs and at night 30 mins bike afterwards (in-gym bike)
Th: we do bicep and back and 30 mins bike afterward (in-gym bike)
Fri: after work we do 30 mins bike (in-gym bike)
And everyday we play racquetball after bike for like an hour
any help and comments? thank you!

Everything I’ve read says cardio after lifting, something to do with the lactic acid build-up from cardio not being good for lifting. You guys should also add a back and leg workout when lifting. Those are the larger muscle groups, and when you work those it helps develop the smaller muscle groups, working larger muscle groups releases more testosterone which will create more muscle all over.
