you are working far too much!! I work from 8am-4pm monday to friday and friday evening 7pm-12am a lot of people say that is to much and to be honest its a struggle…. i don’t know how you are sustaining that!! you should have the weekends off at least!

Oh, my. Been there. Trying to even get a shower or go to the bathroom when you have a newborn is truly difficult - let alone throwing a full-time job in the mix. If it’s at all possible, I truly would try and cut back on hours. My goodness, no wonder you’re weak! I know sometimes financial need plays in there and it’s not an option, but if it’s not a necessity to work full time, I wouldn’t. If staying at home with the baby full time is not an option, then working part time would be preferable. Those hours a pretty grueling - no wonder you miss your little one and feel weak! I’d speak with your boss and see what could be done about your cutting back. If that’s not an option, I’d keep my eyes open for something else. Go easy on yourself. Having a newborn is wonderful and EXHAUSTING! Perhaps you could exercise DVDs and pop one in when the baby sleeps, but even that might be too much right now. Get those hours cut back & life will go a bit more smoothly. Hang in there!
