photo shoot/competition/abs?

I have a bikini photo shoot coming up next week and need some advice. I have a great workout regimen (cardio 45 min a day/6 days a week & an abs & weighted legs & arms exercise every other day) along with really good eating habits including maintaining a certain calorie intake, whole grains, fresh fruits/veggies, no processed or fried foods, etc. I have really shaped up, but of course, my abs aren't quite to where I want them to be. When I flex, they look great, but I'm not at a point where just standing still they look as defined. Are there any tips or tricks that I can do before the photo shoot (either day of or a few days before) such as exercises, eliminating certain foods for a short period, etc to help REALLY define these for the day of the photo shoot?

Any help is much appreciated.

      Exercising helped me to lose loads of weight once I married it together it along with taking acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they've been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too.       You need to sweat a lot…water weight will cause a bloated look, so run for a while…sauna. and do some abs workouts directly before heading out…that will bring the bloodflow back showing every little crease and cut. NO fat before the show or sugar. you seem to be just fine…good luck

      To get totally shredded for shoots, models usually cut water weight by becoming dehydrated for one or two days. They use a sauna or mild diuretics so their skin is basically paper thin and sticking to their muscles.

      Try some pilates. It really tones up the core quickly. You might also try an exercise video called "The Firm." Its from the 80's, so its kinda cheesy, but its an amazing ab workout.

      and try doing crunches with weight like 20 or 40 pounds and work
