perfect meal for weight loss?

im still in college and im working part time. my life’s pretty busy. and my job requires so much of my physical energy that i get too tired end of the day and i start to eat a lot. ive gained a few kgs now. and it’s going to be pretty hard for me to cut down a lot on food since now i feel like i need food 24/7. i need to recharge myself and i know carbs is the main energy provider. i just wanna know if there are anything i can take in and lose weight at the same time. cos cutting down on food is almost impossible. =/

      My girlfriend has tried everything to lose weight but nothing has worked quite as effectively as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it’s been covered on CNN and Fox News. She worked off 5 pounds in three weeks.       cereal(special K kellogs) and low fat milk its quick and easy

      also try eating smaller proportions in your meals you can have 8 meals a day if your portions are correct. ofcourse you cant have a large burger meal and large onion rings, just have the burger and then in a few hours have another healthy snack opt for friuts and meusli when you fel like snacking
