Yes you will still go into starvation mode and your body will consume muscle and store fat. So you will get unhealthier. Keep it up to 1200

having to little calories and working out is bad since working out causes you to lose the calories and not having enough calories will cause you to get exhausted, dizzy, and faint. you must eat enough calories to maintain how much you work out

That’s very bad, especially when you’re working out. When you work out, you burn calories, so eating too few of them can leave you feeling exhausted, and your body will not get enough nutrients and energy to carry out all of its necessary functions. You really need to up your calorie intake. Another problem that can occur from having too few calories per day is your body going into starvation mode, storing all the calories you get as fat.

Of course it is bad for you. You really should never, ever drop below 1,000 calories…and even that is stretching it. If you are only eating 700 calories a day you are burning off more than you are eating because your body naturally burns off calories throughout the day, plus your excercise. If you want to lose weight and see results that will last you need to make a lifestyle change and eat a well balanced diet. Not just low calorie foods so you drop weight fast. You need protein, vitamins…everything. Eat a steak. It’ll do you some good.

Too few calories are bad, especially when you’re working out. You don’t even mention that you’re eating protein; this will do your body more harm than good!

Find out how many calories you need using this calculator: http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/CalRequire.html

To lose fat, subtract no more than 500 calories from your total and consume that.

If you eat anything less than 1200 calories a day, your body goes into starvation mode. Your metabolism will get messed up and slow down to conserve energy. You should eat at least 1200 calories but probably 1500 would be healthier. The average "woman" needs about 1800-2000 calories a day, and they recommend 1500-1600 if you are trying to lose weight. Since you are eating low calorie foods, yes they are healthy but that doesn’t mean that you can eat less of them. Just get at least 1200-1500 because you don’t want your metabolism to slow down because then you won’t lose weight like you want and will end up now eating at all.

Extra Info: If you get full eating around 800 calories, which I am not sure how that is possible because you don’t become full on calories..like the phrase empty calories? You then should probably add more fat (like the fats in fish, olive oil, and nuts are healthy fat) to your diet. Also this would increase protein that helps when you work out.

yup. soon enough you will be too weak to exercise then faint. Then a little while after that you are going to pig out and gain all the weight you lost and then some. Try to eat smaller, healthy portions with a snack or two inbetween meals and a banana after working out.

Yes, yes, yes. I can’t stress enough how important eating enough is. Your body needs calories. Food and calories are not an enemy to your body. You just have to eat the right amount and the right food. If you are exercising you need more than 1,200 calories. 1,200 calories is best for if you don’t have an active lifestyle. You need about 1,500 calories.

Trust me, you will lose weight if you eat. I lost weight and I ate 1,500 calories a day.
