On a diet and have food temptations, help?

I'm trying to go on a diet and count calories and all that, but the food cravings are so hard to avoid! I tell my parents not to get that many snacks, and if they do, make them healthy snacks. So sometimes they get really unhealthy stuff like potato chips. But i sorta like those special k cereal bars, because they're 90 calories, so i told them to get those, so i can have one for breakfast or something.

so i start out eating a little bit, but then i just eat like a little of everything else! Like, I eat a little of like, every snack there is in my kitchen, and i can't stop myself! I don't know what is wrong with me, and why i can't listen to myself.

what do you guys do to keep yourself from eating so many in-between-meal snacks!! (i eat a little for lunch and dinner)

      I'm like you, i eat everything of every snack in my house, but i tell my mom to buy healthy snacks ONLY cuz if something fattening and tasty is in the house i WILL eat it lol

      But in-b/w-meal snacks are alright to eat as long as their healthy. Like I like oatmeal, goldfish, applesauce, and these 90 cal quaker things.

      But yea just have WILL POWER and you will get there lol

      Try to get things that are already portion controlled, and plan for some snacks. If you try to cut things out completely then you think about it more and it becomes a bigger deal.

      It would be helpful for you to purchase some vitamins. This will give your body nutrients that it is trying to find in snacks.

      I would suggest B Complex to curb the sugar cravings.

      I took this during my most recent pregnancy and gained 40 pounds instead of 65 like my first.
