odd twitches in hands and muscle spasms.. ?

well lets see i am 22, female and in decent shape.. the past year my twitches in my fingers are getting worse it started with one finger now its spreading but its so random.. and just the past id say 5-6 months ive been getting really bad muscle spasms in my hand which is much different from the twitches i know the difference as well as my upper thigh.. its getting some what worse but its a slow progression.. any ideas on what it could? and odd question can you feel pain in your kidneys (not kidneys stones) from something else i know you cant in your liver but what about your kidney? thanks.

      You are young but you could have MS. I have known people- both male and female younger than you to have MS. The symptoms are random and relapsing over time and they come and go.
      you could also have sarcodosis which is a rare disease.
      Either way I would go see a doctor you really trust.
