numbness in my hand and pulling muscle in my arm. whats wrong with me?

March 11th, 2010 · 2 Comments

when i was doing my martial arts training i had to punch mits for quite a while and they were soft. now i can barely move my hand and if i over use it, it just dies basically. It was the same when i went rock climbing, i could barely move my hand after but it recovered whereas this one doesn’t seem to be getting much better. :(

Stop those activities and go see a doctor, you need to make sure there is no nerve damage.

Permanent Nerve damage may mean permanent weakness, numbness, tingling etc. Which sucks.
