ok im 16 and im trying to get into supplements
i was researching today and i came across a post-workout supplement called “Anabolic Halo”
has anyone ever heard of this?
anyone got something to say about this supplement?
does it really work?

even if you take supplemets at age 16, you still have to workout incredibly hard. And, being 16, you probaly dont have the right harmones yet to trigger a chemical reaction. Iv found a site with the top 3 belly fat loss/ ab building sites that actually work.

lol. at 16, anything with the word “anabolic” in it, stay away or you run a VERY high risk of being bald by 30. Your best bet at 16 is to just hit the gym & have a protein shake before school, after school, and before you go to bed. Stay away from creatine as you probably aren’t ready to start stacking heavy supplements.
If you have been bodybuilding long enough, you would already know what supplements to use by mere conversation in the gym. Trust me…it’s not worth jumping straight in. Stick to the protein shakes until you get some experience.
