My training & diet - effective? any way of improving? Lengthy..sorry?

I used to work out a lot (tae bo and weights) but slacked during my last two years of school, and started walking a lot in my first university year.

I started training this year again and I am currently loving it a lot. I can’t go without it now.

I do circuit training (3 times around the circuit per training session, so that each muscle group gets a set of three done, each set containing about 11 - 15 reps) then finish with about 20 - 25 minutes of jogging, varying in my speeds. On average I burn about 150 - 200 calories per jogging session after my weight training.

this set of exercises I do 3 times a week. Non negotiable lol.

The other 1 or maybe 2 days (depending on how tired my body feels) I jog in intervals of 20 minutes, doing ab crunches in between sets , and burn about 450 - 500 calories from the jogging.

I drink at least 2liters of water per day and eat only when hungry, usually something healthy and of nutritional value. I stay away from coffee mostly and most teas, only drinking green tea or some other detoxifying, caffeine-free tea. Over weekends I may indulge more than during the week, but always with limits. During the week I avoid carbonated drinks too, though I may have some lemonade or dry lemon on weekends.

I am already noticing quite an improvement…, definitely mentally. My mind is clearer and I do not find myself stressing as much. I sleep better too.

Is this way of doing things good for better toning my body? Is there anything I can add to better the results? The usual stubborn belly fat (that last very annoying freakin’ layer) is already showing signs of decreasing, with my underlying tone showing through. I’m truly happy about that since I literally worked my ass off the previous times but never got really far in ridding myself of that..or the annoying little ‘pouch’ most woman have.

I mostly want to tone, not lose it all, as I kinda like curves and don’t want to lose everything. I don’t want skinny lol.

any tips and advice will be appreciated.
I should ad that on the 1 or 2 days of mostly jogging and ab crunches, I do three sets of twenty minutes’ jogging, totaling to the 450 - 500 calories being burned.
