My hands shake and my muscles hurt?

For the last couple or few years even if I am not nervous my hands start to shake lightly. Sometimes they shake harder. It is not to the point that I can’t hold a cup or something but while this is happening my muscles in my hands and arms start to hurt and I feel like I have to be stretching them out. I also have random spasms often. I am 15 years old if that helps with anything. The doctor I was seeing didn’t really tell me or my mom what is what so she is already looking for someone else. Please if you know of anything this could be or of a website or something could you please tell me. I would really like to know why this happens or if it could get worse.
