Diet pills are not safe for anyone at any age. It messes with your metabolism that may not go back to normal after you're done taking the pills. It can also really mess up your heart and other important body parts like your kidneys or liver. I would tell her she needs to stop for the sake of her health. If she really wants to lose weight she needs to watch what she eats and exercise more.

I don't think diet pills are generally a good idea…especially for a 15 year old. Apparently this specific diet pill can cause headaches, hightened anxiety, and insomnia. Your friend shouldn't be taking Cylaris if she has: high blood pressure, anxiety, any heart problems, or any allergies.
I really don't think it is a good idea for your friend to be taking diet pills at such a young age…she is only 15, and there is probably an age limitation for a reason. But besides that, if she is worried about her health and needs to lose weight for that reason, there are better ways…like adopting a healthy lifestyle. Everyone is always looking for the "fast route" but if your friend has weight problems that are affecting her health, she should start to eat well and exercise, not take diet pills. They can cause many side effects, such as urinary tract infections, heart palpitations, hair loss, intestinal problems, and could disrupt her menstrual cycle. It's really not worth it in the long run, for anyone at any age.
I hope this helps :]

No, it isn't. At 15 she should not be taking diet pills. She should be exercising and eating healthy foods. At 15 your body is still growing and a healthy diet is very important.
Your friend might be looking for shortcuts to lose weight, have unrealistic expectations about what a healthy body looks like, or worse have the beginnings of an eating disorder.
If she is very very overweight she should see her doctor, but she should not start taking diet pills just because she wants to lose weight. Honestly no one should ever take them at all. They are harmful amphetamines and mess up your metabolism so that when you stop taking them you gain weight. It's a lose-lose deal. Pay money for diet pills that screw with your body and you gain weight when you stop.
My advice is a healthy diet, regular exercise, and learn to love your body and feel good about it. Avoid sugars and snack foods and get out and run around. Join a sport, or just go running or do yoga by herself. She'll be amazed how quickly she feels good about herself and lose a few pounds in the process.
Don't take diet pills.
