Ok So I've Created A Daily Exercise Plan and A Netball Plan(Basically Extra training for netball)
Here's The Daily Plan:
Sunday: hula hoop, jogging, ab machine, leg machine
Monday: boxing, bike ride, ab machine, leg machine
Tuesday: Yoga, wii fit, ab machine, leg machine
Wednesday: Jogging, bike Ride, ab machine, leg machine
Thursday: boxing, hula hoop, ab machine, leg machine
Friday: wii fit, bike ride, ab machine, leg machine
Saturday: Free Choice
(If I Do A Sporting Activity else where, i cut one out)
Netball Plan (Everyday):
-Lunges with weights (5minutes)
-Shoot 100 Goals
- Run For 5Minutes (Non Stop) 3x a day
- Step Ups With Weights (5Minutes)
- bum kicks (5Minutes)
So Do you think that's good enough to keep me fit, i would also like to cut out the dancing, with an activity similar
AND- i exercise morning(7-9am) and night(7-9pm) (i do my netball plan twice) would they're be a better time to exercise.
ALSO- At Around 11pm i become extremely hungry ! is this to do with my exercise plan, or is it just me being hungry? Explanation please.
Lols, No Im not A Professional, im only 13 Lol, but it doesn't make me tired, so i can hardly see it as too much.

are you a professional netballer? it sounds like quite a fanatical plan. be careful you don't burn yourself out!! your body is starving by 11pm because you've probably worked everything off that you eat??

When doing strength training (which I assume is what is meant by ab machine/leg machine) it is recommended that you take a rest day in between each workout day. This gives your body time to heal the microtears that occur and prevent injury. In the long run it will actually make you stronger. That doesn't mean you can't strength train each day but that you should train different mussels each day. So you might want to do ab's one day and legs the next.

So long as your not going to burn out and you are eating enough to supply your body with the fuel I don't think this is a bad workout plan.
You should have a quiet day though where you just walk for 30 mins.
If you are doing the exact same thing every day your body will get used to these and they will not be as effective as they could be.
11pm you are probably hungry because the fuel you have supplied your body has been used and it would like more to sustain the metabolism. You should never allow your body to starve (get hungry) You could always eat a hard boiled egg for sustenance as the protein will help the need for energy.
The morning is a better time to exercise because if you raise your heart rate later at night you sleep worse as it takes hours for your body to calm down to a restorative sleep. You may sleep from exhaustion but it wont be as good.
