No it does not sound healthy at all.
You're not eating enough food,
You're not getting enough protein
You're not getting enough vegetables.
You will not lose weight, you will soon feel sick

this sounds very healthy but are you sure you are going to run 4-5 miles a day? thats a lot. I think that just eat fruitas and vegetables too. Its not always about what you eat its about how much and when you eat it. I'm 13 too..need anything else please e=mail me =]

You are not running five miles, especially if your not used to it. You need to eat more than that. Be realistic. How much weight do you need to lose? Go for a walk, and do as much as you can. THen the next day, go a little further. Keep going a little further each day. Build yourself up to run five miles.

No. Your exercising is only healthy if you can really keep up with it. As for the food, let me give you some of my recipes I ate these and was completely full yet I still lost 10 pounds last week.

Dieting is not always easy. In fact, it can prove a tough challenge for many people. So here’s a little guide to avoiding things that could make you lose control and start eating. Avoid them like plague if you wish to succeed.
1. Don’t rush into the toughest diet you can find
2. Don’t lose touch with reality.
3. Don’t go to the gym too often
4. Don’t get hard on calories.
5. Don’t skip meals.
6. Don’t check the bathroom scales everyday.
7. Don’t let emotions drive you.
8. Don’t refuse to seek help.
9. Don’t deny yourself your favourite foods
10. Don’t rely on your willpower alone

it sounds fine except for the nutrigrain.
nutrigrain advertises that its good for you and that it gives you lots of energy, but this is only because it is full of sugar, so it isn't actually a good choice.
The best choice on cereal is grains and muslies
Hope this helps =D
