I did gymnastics yesterday for about 2.5 hours and i havent done it in years and every muscle in my body is sore today, the only part that doesnt hurt is my hair… Anyone know what i can do to speed up the healing process?

I had a post-sport powerade drink and a bath and have been drinking lots of water.

Asprin or ibuprofen (Advil) - they don't speed up healing, but they help with the pain. ;)

If you have some, you can take arnica (a homeopathic medicine) which helps with healing.
