I quite track a few months ago because it affected my grades, but i noticed im getting much fatter (i was semi-slim before) and i have always had a very low metabolism. Which muscle groups should i raise the most to get a higher metabolism im not very muscular either ![]()
and if you have any exercises you would like to share that would be helpfull ![]()
(although i dont have any home equipment)
