I have recently put on a lot of weight which i wish to lose. also have no motivation to do the exercixe i was doing before. need someone to push me to do this and question how i’m getting on regularly

I want to lose weight also and I am willing to help out. I don’t really know of a good way we can push each other to do things though. If you think of something I’ll try my best.
